Neuenhauser Inc. located in Greer, SC, is now distributing the Superscreener Star Deck screening machine, which is manufactured in Germany.

The Superscreener is available in King Pin/Fifth-Wheel and track configurations with either two-way screening splits or three-way screening splits.

The Superscreener can be used for processing and separating a wide range of materials. Typical applications are top soil, compost, mulch, bark, C&D and aggregate with clay.

The speed of the Star Deck is infinitely variable due to the three individual driven sections on the screen deck. The screen deck is available in three star sizes resulting in three wide ranges of controllable fractional separations.

The machine is powered by a Caterpillar, inline six-cylinder engine. This is the latest Stage II with 176 hp.

In making the introduction, Philip Riddle, president and CEO of Neuenhauser Inc., said, “We produce the Superscreener in Germany and have been successfully selling the machine in various applications throughout Europe. Our U.S.A. associates have been trained in the proper operation, safety and maintenance of the machine to assist our customers. We have delivered machines into the U.S. and have gained a very good reception. Additionally, we have stocked a complete complement of parts at our Greer, SC, warehouse for an immediate service to our customers.”

The Superscreener can exceed basic screening needs and excels in very difficult applications such as sticky material, C&D material and green waste. The ability to control the speed of the stars enables the operator to fine tune the degree of separation. An auger can be placed on the exit of the feed hopper, enabling a further breaking up of the material before processing on the Star Deck. A fines stacker and overs stacker provide stock piling of the material for continuous machine operation.

The machine can be taken from operational mode to transportation mode in less than ten minutes. The complete Star Deck screen can be lifted and replaced when demands arise for a different fraction material or when different materials are to be processed.
