Cashman Equipment has opened a new Caterpillar rental store in the North Las Vegas area. The facility at 4380 Donovan Way is situated on the property directly adjacent to the company’s former corporate headquarters location on Craig Road.

The new 8,000-sq.-ft. rental store offers equipment rentals of all sizes, as well as the convenience of a local parts pick-up location for customers in the northern Las Vegas Valley area. Residing on nearly four acres, Cashman’s newest facility features an equipment yard full of rental options like skid steer and multi terrain loaders, JLG aerial lifts, backhoes, excavators, water trucks, small generators, and more.

Like the construction of the company’s new corporate headquarters in Henderson, SH Architecture, Burke & Associates, and Cashman collaborated on the building of the North Las Vegas rental store. “We knew working with Burke and SH would equal another high-quality facility for Cashman, that would meet our customers’ needs effectively,” said Mike Pack, president and COO of Cashman Equipment.

When the company’s corporate headquarters relocated to Henderson in late 2008, Cashman immediately broke ground on the smaller satellite office.

Cashman Equipment has six additional locations throughout the state, including Carson City, Elko, Henderson, Reno/Sparks, Round Mountain and Winnemucca.
