Magni America LLC, a subsidy of Magni Telescopic Handlers SRL, a world leader in rotating and heavy lift telehandlers, announced the construction of its new American headquarters located in Kenilworth, N.J.

Drawing inspiration from its parent company in Italy, Magni America is poised to set new standards in eco-friendly corporate infrastructure, the company said.

Magni's new headquarters is constructed using super high R-value 12 in. thick concrete cast-in-place tilt panels with integrated foam board assuring minimum thermal transfer. Adding to this initiative is the installation of a cutting-edge 150kW remote-monitored solar panel system.

"We anticipate being net zero for electric usage and to sell back the clean energy to the utility," said Daniel Blum, CFO, Magni America.

Complementing this renewable energy solution is the integration of a highly efficient Variable Refrigerant HVAC system. Engineered for optimal performance, this HVAC heat pump system not only ensures comfortable working conditions for each space but also operates at super-high efficiency levels, minimizing energy consumption and carbon emissions.

Moreover, Magni is implementing innovative solutions for sustainable water management. Among these initiatives is the installation of an advanced oil reclamation system in the wash bay. This system is designed to efficiently capture and reclaim used oil, eliminating waste and environmental impact. The unique "porous" paver system used in the parking areas allows groundwater to reenter the ground naturally.

Shop heating uses the most modern infrared tubular heat system, which eliminates wasteful boxy unit heaters. By prioritizing sustainability at every stage of construction and operation, Magni America is reaffirming its dedication to environmental stewardship and paving the way for a greener future.

Additionally, the headquarters will feature ample shop space equipped with cutting-edge technology including carbon monoxide monitors and a 20-ton overhead crane imported from Germany. This modern facility not only underscores Magni's commitment to excellence but also reflects its dedication to environmental sustainability in all aspects of its operations.
