Peter E. Menner, president and founder of New Millennium Rentals, announced that the company is opening a branch location at 8366 Washington Blvd., Jessup, Md.

According to Menner, “This new location is going to put us in a position to better serve our customers and expand our customer base in the Mid-Atlantic region.”

From its headquarters in Florida, N.Y., New Millennium Rentals has been providing equipment rentals and rental solutions for the demolition, recycling, environmental and reconstruction industries since its founding in 1999. The company's specialty is matching excavators with highly specialized demolition fronts and attachments through traditional distribution outlets.

New Millennium Rentals is a distributor of Genesis attachments, which allows it to offer concrete processors, grapples and hydraulic hammers that are perfectly sized to maximize the efficiency of the demolition carriers that they are paired with, according to the company.

To maximize efforts at the Jessup, Md., branch, Ti Doeller has joined the staff as the Mid-Atlantic business development manager. Doeller has 15 years of experience selling construction equipment, as well as 10 years prior experience owning his own excavation business. His primary responsibility with New Millennium Rentals will include setting up the new branch and developing relationships with potential customers in the Mid-Atlantic region.

“Working with Peter Menner has been a great experience,” Doeller said. “Peter is very enthusiastic and in tune with the needs of the demolition and recycling industries. Jessup is a great location for us, wedged in between Washington, D.C., and Baltimore — this region has been a high growth market even through the great recession and the demand for the types of machines that we offer is high.”
