Fayat Group Agrees to Acquire Mecalac Group

Fayat Group has agreed to acquire Mecalac Group pending regulatory approval. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the first half of 2025. Mecalac will continue normal operations until then, focusing on customer support. Both companies aim for a smooth transition post-acquisition.

The Fayat and Mecalac Groups have signed an agreement for the acquisition of the Mecalac Group by the Fayat Group.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval by the relevant competition authorities and is expected to be completed by the end of the first half of 2025.

In the meantime, the Mecalac Group continues to operate as usual and remains committed to supporting its customers and partners around the world, according to the two companies.

Once the transaction is finalized, both groups will work to ensure a seamless transition and make this acquisition a complete success, the companies said in a combined statement.
