Alban Tractor celebrated the opening of its new expanded facility located at 8427 Pulaski Highway on Route 40 off exit 35A on the Baltimore, Md., Beltway or exit 67 on I-95. The new facility sports a showroom atmosphere “similar to that of car dealerships.”

“The showroom concept is something that was totally new to Alban. The new sales facility began taking shape last November. It’s important to give folks a chance to come in and just look around,” said Jim Stewart, Alban vice president.

The showroom focuses on the Caterpillar compact equipment product line, which includes skid steer loaders, backhoes and mini-excavators.

A lot of folks took a look around on March 15 at the facility and the products that Alban has to offer. And while they were there, they enjoyed the catered food, special promotions and prize drawings.

Prize winners included: Artistic Stamped Concrete, Charles Tillman Paving, Skarda & Associates, ABC Rental Center, C.T. Hoffman, J&L Equipment and Bel Air Golf Center.
