Anaconda Equipment International manufactures and exports machinery for use primarily in the mining, quarrying and waste recycling industries. Anaconda’s current range of equipment includes conventional screening units, scalpers, trommel screens and stacking conveyors.
Since entering the U.S. market six years ago, Anaconda has been exceeding customer expectations with reliable, durable and high performing products, according to the company.
Anaconda, will be exhibiting at booth #8037 in the outdoor platinum lot at the Las Vegas Convention Center from March 4 to 8 and will exhibit three machines: the TD516 tracked trommel, the DF410 tracked screener and the new FSL100 scalping screen.
Managing Director Alistair Forsyth said, “The ConExpo show is the ideal launch pad opportunity for these new Anaconda machines to the global market. Designing new products in tandem with our dealer network has been a key factor in our success to date.
“The FSL100 has once again evolved from these discussions and we hope we have been able to address a gap in the market for this type of machine. Although the machine is different from what has gone before, our customers will find the same core ingredients in this model — quality, robust design, easy to use and affordable.
“With the recent launch of our largest mobile screen to date, the SR514 screen is a conventional screen used mainly in the segregation of aggregates and offers the option of three or four screened products. This is yet another step up to the mark in terms of machine size and the overall results are very good. Demand is driving us to design and manufacture larger units and so far, our distributors have supported that demand with sales orders.
“We look forward to meeting with customers and discussing the features and benefits of our extensive product portfolio.”
FSL 100 – New Product
The FSL100 tracked scalping screen has been designed to handle some of the toughest applications in the quarries, mines and recycling facilities. The robust design produces two end products and is popular as a ’pre’ or ’post’ crushing screener.
The FSL100 has been added to the Anaconda range to address requirements from customers around the globe who do not require conventional three-way segregation of product. The FSL100, like many of the Anaconda screens, will ship worldwide in a standard 40 ft. (12.2 m) container, reducing the cost for the customer.
The FSL100 is powered by a JCB444 Dieselmax engine or, alternatively, a Deutz TD2011FL04i engine. The two-deck vibrating grid can be fitted with grizzly bars, fingers, punch plate or mesh while the hopper is protected by a heavy duty plate to prevent damage when clearing the oversize product from the machine. The feeder belt and the discharge belt both offer variable speed control and the machine can be operated by wired or radio remote control.
DF410
The DF410 is a compact work horse screening and stockpiling up to 250TPH. This entry level screener is ideal for those restricted by working in urban areas. The DF410 is a robust and versatile tracked screener offering three-way screening and stockpiling of a wide range of materials including demolition waste, crushed rock, sand and gravel, topsoil, compost, woodchip and coal.
Features of the machine include a heavy-duty feeder complete with impact bed; heavy-duty belt (or Steel Apron Feeder); drop down end plate for direct feed from crushers; and variable speed belt control. The screenbox offers a range of screening media including woven mesh, punch plate, bofor decks or finger screen option. The three integral conveyors come with hydraulic fold and variable speed control as standard.
TD516
The Anaconda trommel is very popular for high-throughput landfill operators, skip yard operators, compost screening, top soil screening and soil remediation projects, according to the company. The 516 trommel enables the customer to screen and stockpile material with one machine. Excellent throughput, robust build and easy to use functions are only a few of the comments anaconda has received from his customers after buying or renting the Anaconda TD516 Trommel screen, according to the company.
Anaconda continues to surge forward, with the recent launch of two more new products, the range now extends to more than 20 products.
