ASA of Metro Washington Names Subby Award Nominees

The American Subcontractors Association of Metro Washington announced nominations for outstanding general contractors, service members and subcontractors who will be recognized on Feb. 25, 2017 at the association's 53rd Annual Subby Awards Gala at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC.

The Subby's honor general building contractors that demonstrate commitment to fairness in construction through outstanding project administration, efficient field supervision, safety and fair financial practices, including prompt payment.

Awards also are presented to recognize superior superintendents and project managers. Subcontractors are recognized in safety and excellence in project delivery.

Finally, a special achievement award is presented to an icon who has contributed significantly to the construction industry.
