Dynapac presented Asphalt Care Equipment a 2018 Top Ten dealer award on June 13 at the dealer's facility in Bensalem, Pa.

"Asphalt Care has been a great dealer of ours for a number of years and on an annual basis, we like to acknowledge our dealers across the United States and Canada that do an excellent job representing our products from a total comprehensive view — from small asphalt rollers, large asphalt rollers, pavers, soil compactors and especially with aftermarket and product support," said Brian Bieller, president of Dynapac North America.

Asphalt Care is a family-owned business led by David Fackler, founder and president. The company has been a Dynapac dealer for eight years.

"They understand asphalt contracting and the paving business and they truly understand what the customer wants," said Bieller. "They work hard to support the customer in the long-term. There's great communication with Dave [Fackler] and his team all the time and they're always here to solve all the problems for the customer and to make things beneficial for them."

"We're so honored to be a recipient of this award, to be one of the Top Ten Dynapac dealers," said Fackler. "We've worked very, very hard over the years building our inventory, securing our customer base and providing the best service possible. We are so excited to have this award presented to us. We're looking forward to a bright future, growing with the Dynapac line of equipment and growing as a dealership, ourselves."

Paul Hense, president of Dynapac, was impressed with Asphalt Care.

"I've been here one hour and it's clear to me that David [Fackler] has a very clear business plan," he said. "David knows what he wants. In business, I've seen a lot of people who try to be everything to everybody and that doesn't always work. I think that David has clearly put his mind on the asphalt business, having the right machines for the customers and their applications."

Hense added that dealers like Asphalt Care fit seamlessly with Dynapac's overall strategy and vision.

"It's based on premium products, state-of-the-art technology and long-term partnerships with our dealers," he said. "These are the cornerstones that we see Dynapac growing from to the future — it's partnerships and premium products. And we believe that companies like Asphalt Care are the right partners for us for the future."

Asphalt Care Equipment was established in 1980 under the name Dave's Blacktopping. Asphalt Care Equipment & Supply, a division of Asphalt Care Equipment, was founded in 1988 to fill the need of pavement maintenance supplies to the contractors in those fields. The call for equipment and supplies quickly turned into a large distribution of products and equipment.

Asphalt Care also carries Marathon Equipment, Mauldin, Broce Broom, Yanmar, Towmaster and SnowEx equipment.
