Cat Auction Services held an auction at the First Niagara Pavilion, in the outskirts of Pittsburgh, on Nov. 12. The auction featured a large variety of Cat excavators, dozers, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders and motorgraders as well as trucks and other construction equipment built by John Deere, Komatsu, Kobelco, Hyundai and other manufacturers.

Machines were available for inspection onsite, and the auction featured a large video display presenting the bidding results live and each piece of equipment up for bid in action.

Accompanying the Cat auction crew were representatives from Cat Financing and local Cat dealer Cleveland Brothers. Despite cold weather and a dusting of snow, the auction drew a sizable crowd of active bidders, primarily from Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
