Birkey's Farm Store Inc., a full-line Case IH and Case Construction dealer, announced the execution of an agreement to acquire the Farm Pride network of equipment dealerships located in Arthur, Shelbyville, Casey, Newton and Mattoon, Ill. The acquisition is expected to close in mid-August.
