Buyers Products announced improvements in service levels over the past 12 months. The company said that continued investments in infrastructure, lean manufacturing and training accounts for the advances.

In March 2017, Buyers completed an additional 75,000-sq.-ft. distribution facility specifically for its SnowDogg snow plow and SaltDogg spreader lines.

“Demand for our plows and spreaders continues to grow,” said Dave Zelis, director of sales and marketing at Buyers Products. “We know that when a customer needs equipment, they don't want to wait.”

Simultaneously, the time it takes Buyers to prepare an order to ship has decreased by 54 percent over the past 24 months.

“Our warehouse associates have a clear focus on increasing velocity,” said Brian Smith, chief operating officer of Buyers Products. “We're incredibly proud of what they have been able to accomplish and remain focused on finding ways to better serve our customers.”
