Cashman Equipment, Nevada’s Caterpillar equipment dealership, hosted an open house July 11 at its Henderson store. The event showcased Cashman’s parts offerings in Henderson as well as its new hydraulic hose fabrication capabilities.

“Many of our customers didn’t know just how many parts we offer in our Henderson store,” said Cashman’s Las Vegas parts manager, Don Walters. “We opened our Henderson store to provide a convenient parts, service and rental location on the south side of the Las Vegas valley. It saves valuable time for customers with jobs on that side of town.”

Cashman offers more than 1,000 different parts from its Henderson location and has all other Cat parts readily available through the company’s headquarters in North Las Vegas. The company also offers hydraulic hose fabrication at its Henderson facility.

“When customers come to us for new or repaired hoses, they usually have a machine that is not operable and need the hose right away,” said Walters. “By offering hydraulic hose fabrication in Henderson, we save customers the drive to our North Las Vegas facility.”

At the open house, Cashman hosted a barbecue lunch, live hydraulic hose demonstrations and parts-themed games including “Darts for Parts,” “Putting for Parts” and skid steer skills. Cashman also offered demonstrations of its Internet PartStore, located at www.cashmanequipment.com.

Cashman is Nevada’s exclusive Caterpillar construction equipment dealer. It provides new and used equipment for sale and rental, plus parts and service to the construction, paving, mining, logging, truck engine and power systems industries.

Cashman’s six Nevada locations include Las Vegas, Henderson, Reno, Elko, Winnemucca and Round Mountain. It also operates a Cashman Rental Store in Mammoth Lakes, CA.
