CEG Productions Announces 2003 Cleveland Expo Lineup

Mon December 09, 2002 - Midwest Edition
Construction Equipment Guide

Cleveland’s football team won’t be the only thing that’s brown when Construction Equipment Guide’s CEG Productions storms into town with its “Greatest Show in Dirt.”

Following the response to the 2001 show, CEG’s Cleveland Construction Expo, to be held Friday and Saturday, April 11-12, 2003, will boast a variety of opportunities, activities and fun for all.

The 2003 show will be held at the Cuyahoga Fairgrounds in Berea, OH, conveniently located .5 mi. (.8 km) west of I-71 at the Bagley Road exit.

The fairgrounds offer a compact site, ideal for indoor and outdoor static and demonstration areas, and additional space for rodeos.

From the results of a survey of exhibitors at the 2001 Cleveland Construction Expo at the IX Center, CEG Productions chose a Friday and Saturday schedule, so that contractors who may not be able to make the show during the work week, would have an opportunity to attend the show on Saturday.

The 2003 Expo will be everything a Construction Equipment Show should be, including more than 38,000 sq. ft. of indoor exhibit space, with more area available; several acres of outdoor static equipment displays; a large area for active demonstration and operation of machinery; and a location convenient to the entire marketplace, along with plenty of free parking.

The 2003 show also will offer the much anticipated and highly popular backhoe loader and skid steer loader rodeos, with $10,000 in prize money. All operators ready to show off their skills can sign up in advance or the days of the show at CEG’s booth, near the registration area.

With a string of hugely successful shows in Philadelphia and Cleveland under its belt, CEG will offer a 2003 edition, which will prove to be bigger and better than ever. Regardless of what your contracting firm specializes in, you’ll be able to check out the latest equipment by most of the manufacturers in the industry. What’s more, guests can speak face to face with all the major distributors that serve Ohio.

If getting the scoop on hundreds of millions of dollars worth of the latest makes and models of equipment that will help you do your job more productively and efficiently interests you, then you’ll want to start making plans now to attend. And if you’re a manufacturer or distributor in Ohio or nearly markets, you won’t want to miss out on the chance to strut your stuff to thousands of potential customers.

Attendees can pre-register on CEG’s Web site at www.constructionequipmentguide.com For more information on exhibiting or attending, call Bob Emery, Midwest sales representative at 800/810-7640 or Sheila Kirby, CEG’s show coordinator, at 800/523-2200.
