Cleveland Brothers has announced the beginning of a new, expanded customer service program known as “Monitor Service.”

The Monitor Service program is designed to give customers the opportunity to keep their Caterpillar equipment up and running with an affordable, customized preventive maintenance program, according to Cleveland Brothers.

The new program will consist of five options for service including:

• Preventive maintenance;

• Custom hydraulic service;

• Performance analysis;

• Total maintenance and repairs; and

• Valve adjustment program.

All components of the Cleveland Brothers Monitor Service program are customizable to fit each customer’s specific needs. Six Monitor Service trucks will be dedicated to covering Cleveland Brothers 32-county territory. Trucks will leave from locations in Harrisburg, Wilkes-Barre, State College and Turbotville, PA.

“We plan to meet and exceed customer expectations by expanding our current service programs,” said Tom Lang, vice president of product support. “The new Monitor Service program is a fully-customizable program that can meet our customers’ needs and allow them to manage their business without taking considerable time and energy for routine maintenance.”

Cleveland Brothers is a full-service distributor of Caterpillar equipment and engines. Additionally, Cleveland Brothers is the distributor of JLG personnel lifts, Mauldin paving equipment, Nordberg crushing and screening equipment, NPK hammers, Topcon guidance systems, and Trail King trailers.
