Cleveland Brothers Promotes, Expands

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. Inc.,

based in Harrisburg, PA, announced the

following personnel changes:

John J. “Pat” Patterson has been promoted to JLG/ Allied sales manager.

As JLG/Allied sales manager, Patterson is responsible for the sale, rental and promotion of all JLG and Allied products throughout Cleveland Brothers’ 32-county territory.

Patterson joined Cleveland Brothers in 1999 as an industrial account manager working for the company’s Engine Division and the Rental Services Division. Patterson has worked in the aerial work platform industry for more than 25 years.

Bill Yurkovic has been promoted to used equipment manager.

As used equipment manager, Yurkovic is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the used equipment department, which buys and sells used equipment all over the world.

Yurkovic began his career in the construction equipment business in 1985 as a salesman for an off-brand distributor. He joined Cleveland Brothers as a general line salesman in 1989, and was promoted to be the assistant used equipment manager in 1994.

Mike Bitzer was promoted to asset manager.

As asset manager, Bitzer is responsible for the overall management of Cleveland Brothers’ new and rental fleet equipment.

Bitzer joined Cleveland Brothers in 1995 as rental manager. He has more than 15 years experience in the construction equipment rental business.

Craig Elvin has been promoted to rental manager/Building Construction Products (BCP) manager.

As rental/BCP manager, Elvin is responsible for the day-to-day operations of parts, service, and rental for Caterpillar compact construction products and building construction products. In addition, he is responsible for the parts, service, and rentals of JLG work platforms and related allied products.

Elvin has more than 10 years’ experience in the rental construction equipment industry. He joined Cleveland Brothers in 1997 as rental service manager.

Travis Edwards has been appointed general construction territory manager.

As a territory manager, Edwards is responsible for the light construction product line including skid steer, mini wheel loaders, mini-excavators, and many other types of light construction equipment. He will be covering Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon and Adams counties.

Prior to joining Cleveland Brothers, Edwards worked at Agway for two and a half years as a feed sales representative for Huntingdon, Blair and Bedford counties.

Cleveland Brothers is Central Pennsylvania’s full-service distributor of Caterpillar equipment and engines. Additionally, Cleveland Brothers

is the distributor for JLG personnel lifts, Rosco

road maintenance equipment, Mauldin paving equipment, Nordberg crushing and screening equipment, NPK hammers, Topcon guidance systems and Trail King trailers. Fourteen

facilities are located throughout Central

Pennsylvania.
