Delaware Mourns Loss of Thomas Zappacosta

Delaware’s Thomas R. Zappacosta Jr. died on Nov. 14, 2000 in Christiana Hospital.

Zappacosta was the president of Christiana Construction and was twice elected president of the Delaware Contractors Association (DCA). He was an extremely active and involved member of the association, and his leadership and guidance will be missed, announced DCA.

Services were held on Nov. 18, 2000 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Wilmington, DE.

In lieu of flowers, the Zappacosta family is requesting donations in memory be made to the Mary Campbell Center, 4641 Weldin Rd., Wilmington, DE 19803.
