The DX35z hydraulic excavator is now available at Doosan dealers.

It features zero tail-swing, which allows the cab of the machine to turn within the width of its tracks and makes it ideal for working in very narrow areas.

“The DX35z aggressively positions Doosan in the largest category of mini-excavators,” said Stan Levy, Doosan’s compact division general manager. “One of our test customers used it in pipe laying operations and was impressed with its maneuverability and breakout force.”

This new excavator features many valuable improvements, such as the electronic optimization of the hydraulic system and the new generation Tier III/Stage III engine, which increases production and improves fuel economy. Design has enhanced the cab’s ergonomics, increasing operator comfort and providing all-round visibility.

The rubber tracks offer greater non-slip and grip capabilities and are less harmful to sidewalks and road surfaces in urban environments than conventional steel tracks. The use of high performance materials, combined with new methods of structural stress analysis, results in longer lasting components.

The DX35z comes in cab or canopy models with the cab model including air conditioning and heat.
