Eagle Power announced the acquisition of Mid-State Equipment Co. Inc., located in Pennington, N.J.

The purchase, finalized in mid-October, marks an important step in Eagle Power's expansion into the New Jersey market.

As part of this growth, Eagle Power Turf & Tractor will undergo a rebranding, now operating under the name Eagle Power Kubota. While the name is changing, the company's commitment to providing the same high-quality sales and service remains steadfast.

Mid-State founder Wayne Tuck will retire after more than 30 years of distinguished service, leaving behind a legacy that Eagle Power is proud to continue, the company said.

"The dedication to customer service and deep-rooted community relationships established by Mid-State will serve as the foundation for Eagle Power Kubota's future growth. To ensure a smooth transition, many familiar faces from Mid-State's sales, service and parts teams will remain with the organization. Eagle Power is committed to preserving the trust, reliability, and personalized service that Mid-State customers have valued for over three decades," the company said.
