Eastern Regional Nurseryman’s Expo Features Giles & Ransome Exhibit

Giles & Ransome, an authorized Caterpillar construction equipment dealer, recently exhibited at the Eastern Regional Nurseryman’s Association (ERNA) 1999 Expo at the New Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, NJ.

Giles & Ransome partnered with Piscataway, NJ-based Caterpillar dealer Foley Inc. to introduce ERNA attendees to a number of pieces from Cat’s new compact construction equipment line. Showcased equipment included a Cat 301.5 mini excavator, a Cat 246 skid steer with an auger attachment and Cat 226 skid steer with a landscape rake attachment.

Bruce Evans, Giles & Ransome Inc. marketing manager, explained why Giles & Ransome chose the ERNA show as one of its many fall trade show stops.

“The nursery, landscape and gardening industries are rapidly growing as more and more commercial and residential development takes place. With Cat’s new compact construction equipment line, Giles & Ransome now offers a variety of equipment and work tools that are a perfect fit for the work that landscape and nursery professionals do everyday,” Evans said. “And the ERNA show is one way for us to interact with numerous potential customers in one location.”
