Equify Auctions LLC Appoints Michael Grimm as President

Equify Auctions LLC, a division of Equify LLC, an asset-based lending and heavy equipment auction company, announced Michael Grimm has been named president, effective March 12, 2018.

As president of Equify Auctions, Grimm will be responsible for global growth initiatives and operational functions worldwide. Grimm will report directly to Justin Wilks, executive officer.

“We're thrilled to have Mike on board as our new president of Equify Auctions as a part of the continuation of our company's global expansion strategy,” said Wilks. “Throughout his career, Mike has proven to be a sound leader with an extensive understanding of the heavy equipment industry. We are confident that his ability to thrive in a variety of business environments will further the growth our company is experiencing and advance the expansion of our global auction capabilities.”

Grimm most recently served as vice president of sales at HOLT Cat. In his role, Grimm was responsible for leading, growing, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve financial targets and improve customer service. Prior to joining HOLT Cat in 2007, he served in several leadership positions at Caterpillar Inc., culminating in his final role there focusing on operational and process improvement.
