Foley Gives Connolly Top Position

Kim Foley, president and CEO of Foley Incorporated, the Caterpillar dealer in North Jersey and Staten Island, recently announced the promotion of Susan Connolly to executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Connolly joined the company in 1974 and has managed several areas of the company prior to her promotion. Among her previous assignments of management responsibility were: credit, parts, financial services, general manager of Foley Lift Company, vice president of Foley Lift Company and Foley Power Systems. In 1996, she was promoted to the position of executive vice president of the power systems and lift divisions.

Her leadership experience in operations, finance and customer relations were recognized in 1999 when the Power Systems division achieved the distinction Gold Level status in the Caterpillar Dealer Excellence Program.

Connolly will assume all the responsibilities of day to day operations for all company divisions. Foley Incorporated is comprised of the following divisions: Foley Machinery — construction equipment; Foley Power Systems — Caterpillar engines; Foley Rents — equipment rentals; Foley Truck Engines — Caterpillar truck engines; Foley Lift Company — material handling equipment; and Outback Parts — used construction parts.

Foley Incorporated has been a dealer for all Caterpillar products since 1957 with locations in Piscataway, Carlstadt, Linden, and Monroe Township, NJ.
