Foresight Intelligence, a data analytics software provider, has launched a mobile app for its newest product, Fleet Intelligence, a management product for heavy equipment fleets. The app was developed in response to a customer request and was brought to market in less than 30 days.

“This is an exciting enhancement for our Fleet Intelligence customers,” said Dale Hanna, Foresight Intelligence CEO. “Fleet managers are frequently out of the office and need access to the critical, real time information that Fleet Intelligence provides. The new app will allow them to manage their heavy equipment fleet seamlessly whether they are at their desk or on the go.”

Features such as the easy-to-read map, the map layers, and machine details will all be available in the new mobile app. The map layers include the combined view, DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) Alert view, inspection view and more. App users also can access machine details such as the hours, odometer readings, machine name and the serial number. New features will be added to the app as customers provide feedback and make requests.

Foresight Intelligence has two additional apps in its three-app suite. The Intelligent Alert Triage Center (IATC) mobile app allows users to monitor and manage alert tickets from anywhere. Technicians can receive ticket assignment notifications and access the shared knowledge base of solutions while they are out in the field. Heavy equipment dealers use the IATC app to serve their customers quickly and efficiently.

The Fleet Intelligence inspection app is the third app in the suite. Users can customize the inspection forms to inspect any machine their way. Customers use the inspection app for daily inspections, safety inspections, operator pre-checks, and more. The inspection forms also can be used to track rental check ins and check outs, fuel usage, employee hours, and more. The results are immediately visible in both the Fleet Intelligence desktop application and Fleet Intelligence mobile app.

“With the telematics revolution in full swing, our customers are staying ahead of the curve by using our mobile apps,” said Hanna. “We think that mobility is no longer a luxury; it's a necessity.”

The Fleet Intelligence mobile app is available on both the Apple app store and the Google Play Store. Customers can access the complimentary app by searching for “Fleet Intelligence” and inputting their username and password.
