Continuing to focus on providing excellent customer support and service, Terex AWP has named Mitch Ely to the role of Genie director of customer satisfaction and reconditioning based in Redmond, Wash. Ely's new role will consist of leading the Genie customer satisfaction, reconditioning, used sales and service training teams for Terex AWP. Ely will report to Bob Bartley, Genie senior director of product support and service solutions, Terex AWP, in this position.

“Mitch comes to the customer satisfaction team with 25 years of experience in the industry,” said Bartley. “In this new role, Mitch will handle customer issues related to product support, parts, warranty, engines and reconditioning. His in-depth knowledge and extensive experience will be well received and utilized.”

Prior to joining Terex AWP, he spent eight years with Skyreach, one of the largest access hire companies Australia.

In addition to Bartley and Ely, the Genie product support team includes Dan Anderson, Ron Wixon, Steve Chandler and Stohn Stevenson.
