The Grasan KRH1620 horizontal-shaft primary impact crusher plant is available in pit-portable and stationary models for high volume aggregates operations. The pit-portable plant was designed and built for a Midwest quarry where it has reduced 24-in. (61 cm) limestone down to 6-in. (15 cm) minus in one step, producing a cubical-quality product at up to 800 tons (726 t) per hour.
The Grasan-engineered plant features a Hazemag 1620 APPH impactor with fully automatic hydraulic cylinder system for increased crusher capacity, smooth operation and uniform products. The 50-in. (127 cm) high, 80-in. (203 cm) wide inlet accommodates incoming materials up to 36-in. (91 cm) cube.
Designed for long service life with simple maintenance, it offers easy access to wear parts and lubrication areas and is available with diesel or electric power.
Grasan, of Mansfield, Ohio, designs and manufactures complete crushing, screening, conveying, stacking and feed/storage systems for quarry operations of all types and sizes, for concrete/asphalt recycling operations, and for special applications in bulk material handling and processing.
