GreyStone Inc., based in Columbus, NE, will debut their new aggregate equipment at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014 in Central Hall C5, booth 52372. The company’s new products include the recently released Unibody Fine Material Washing Screw and a portable dewatering screen with an Aggre-Dry® style flume. Booth visitors will learn more about how GreyStone’s comprehensive line of portable and semi-portable aggregate equipment will positively impact their production rates in 2014.

The Unibody Fine Material Washing Screw can be set up quickly, and consistently delivers thoroughly-cleaned aggregate, saving time and money for operations. Its one-piece body design features reconfigured wings that are welded to the tub, creating seamless water retention. In addition, it is fabricated using ASTM A36 certified structural steel for superior stability, while maintaining a lightweight structure. Designed to be highly portable, the 36” x 25’ Unibody design eliminates the need for extra highway permits. The unit is ready for production after only three simple steps: attaching the legs, connecting the water and plugging into a power source.

GreyStone’s new portable dewatering screen will also make its debut at CONEXPO-CON/AGG. Designed as a portable and cost effective version of GreyStone’s classic Aggre-Dry, which combined a fine material screw and dewatering screen in one unit. The portable dewatering screen is comprised of a 5’ x 10’ GreyStone dewatering screen and a flume similar to the one used on the Aggre-Dry, retaining the excess water and fines. The new portable dewatering screen is for producers who need a portable system that keeps moisture content low, reduces the amount of water needed on site and produces more in-spec fines.

GreyStone takes significant pride in providing the industry with the most complete line of sand washing, classifying and dewatering equipment for keeping material within specification. Whenever possible, GreyStone builds their equipment with components that can be replaced locally, so that when maintenance and service are necessary the machine can be up and running in no time. From individual components to complete operations, GreyStone offers customization of their product line to meet the specific operational needs of each customer.

GreyStone manufactures a complete line of field-proven portable and semi-portable washing/screening plants, sand classification tanks and systems, single and twin fine material dewatering screws, single and twin coarse material washers, log washers, advanced computer control systems, water clarifiers, rotary and vibrating screens, portable conveyors and radial stackers, blade mills, dewatering screens, twin jets, cutter heads and aggregate reclaiming systems.
