The impressive performance characteristics behind the Demag CC 3800-1 crawler crane have been a crucial argument for Chilean crane rental company Gruas Maule. “The CC 3800-1 is the reference in its class. Every single aspect meets our needs, from performance to safety features and from transportation to efficiency and speed of erection” points out Eduardo Quezada, CEO at Gruas Maule. He adds: “We are also glad to see the return of the Demag brand as Demag has always stood for quality”.

The crane was ordered through Terex Cranes distributor TREX, which is headquartered in Concepción. The two Chilean companies have a strong and mutually beneficial business relationship that, among other things, is based on the outstanding services provided by TREX.

The new Demag crawler crane is going to make its debut in Antofagasta (north of Chile) in January to perform a huge industrial mounting for a mining construction.
