KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens’ GT206 features a heavy-duty 20 by 6 ft. (6 by 1.8 m) inclined screen that offers more screen area and production potential than other models, according to Patrick Reaver, product development manager of KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens’ Illinois manufacturing facility.

In addition to the larger screen, the GT206’s fines side conveyor features a class-leading discharge height for increased stockpile capacity. Wide, fixed catwalks allow for stability and additional safety. Easy, ground-level access to all belt tensioners and ground-level grease points provide for easy and safe maintenance. Interchangeable top deck options include mesh, bofor bars, punch plate and finger decks.

The addition of a larger track-mounted screening plant to the Global Track product line provides dealers and end users with a cost-effective, highly productive and mobile option. The Global Track product line features quarry-duty, time-proven components and was developed to be the perfect rental tool and ideal for operations in remote locations, according to the manufacturer.

“The inclusion of the GT206 to our global track product line allows us to provide a more comprehensive offering to our dealers and end users,” Reaver said. “The GT206 is a larger version of our GT165 screen and it will allow operators to scalp at higher production rates ahead of or behind primary crushing operations.”
