Ivan Fedore has been recently promoted to product support representative of Howell Tractor & Equipment.

In his new role, Fedore will act as a liaison between the company’s maintenance team and Howell’s service department, ensuring timely parts availability and repairs.

Fedore started with Howell Tractor in Jan. 2013 as an inside sales representative. His territory is open as demand arises, with a heavy focus on Indiana and Illinois.

Fedore is trained in Kawasaki, Sennebogen, Mantis, Terex, MG Granulators, Allied Hammers and many other manufacturers.

Superb customer service and reducing downtime are of most importance, according to Fedore, adding that he is most excited about Howell Tractor’s rebuild programs.

"With the appropriate preventative maintenance most equipment will continue to operate day in and day out providing the opportunity for our customers to complete their jobs quickly and efficiently," he said.
