Northern Green, the green industry education and trade show held Jan. 2 to 4 at the Minneapolis Convention Center, helped successfully launch the industry into 2018. The event continues to serve outdoor environment professionals who need a personal and professional recharge.

The three-day event featured more than 350 exhibiting companies, spanning more than 198,000 sq. ft. and provided the opportunity for green industry companies to exchange ideas, connect with suppliers and obtain quality education.

“We are very excited about the present and future of Northern Green,” said Cassie Larson, MNLA executive director. “We continue to innovate to ensure relevance to green industry companies and employees. Walking the show floor, it was obvious that attendees are talking about the challenges they are facing, and exhibitors and colleagues are providing them with potential solutions.”

Attendees continue to boast that Northern Green is a fantastic way to start each year as it provides energy, camaraderie, and learning all in a fun atmosphere.

“Northern Green has been a leading conference in our region for 16 years, and we want to ensure it remains a must-attend event for years to come,” said MNLA Past President Herman Roerick. “Continuing to offer new elements such as the innovation theater, game show-style education, campfire sessions and a hardscape challenge all reflect our rapidly changing industry and continued to bring new energy to the event this year.”

Don't miss this must-attend green industry event next year, Jan. 15 to 17, 2019 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Northern Green is co-sponsored by the Minnesota Nursery and Landscape Association (MNLA) and the Minnesota Turf and Grounds Foundation (MTGF).
