The TC-20 track impact crusher from IROCK Crushers combines a larger feeder, a high-performance four-bar impactor and heavy-duty components for enhanced efficiency, reliability and precision.

The TC-20 produces a uniform, cubical product, and IROCK’s hydraulically adjustable aprons provide better control over sizing. The unit has the versatility to process soft to medium rock, recycled concrete and recycled asphalt, according to the manufacturer.

The rotor measures 40 by 56 in. (101.6 by 142 cm) and can process a variety of materials up to 24 in. (61 cm) in diameter. A 440-hp Caterpillar C-13 ACERT Tier III engine powers the crusher, which can process up to 500 tph (453.6 t).

The track crusher features a fixed, Hardox hopper with a 15-cu.-yd. (11.5 cu m) capacity. It is paired with a 52 in. by 16-ft. (132 cm by 4.8 m) vibrating grizzly feeder, which has ¾ in. (1.9 cm) liners on the pan and side walls. The feeder is up to 3 ft. (.9 m) longer than comparable units, making it possible to feed material with a large wheel loader.

The TC-20 features a standard crusher bypass chute to reduce unnecessary wear on the crusher. With this chute, fines that fall through the grizzly feeder can either bypass the crusher and mix back in with the crushed material or be removed via the dirt conveyor with a simple adjustment to the flop gate.

The TC-20 also incorporates IROCK’s rock box, an alternative to discharge chutes found on similar units. The rock box uses a shelf system with abrasion resistant wear bars that allow crushed material to build up and act as a wear liner, which cuts down on costly labor and wear parts.

The 48-in. (122 cm) wide discharge conveyor can stockpile from as high as 10 ft. 11 in. (3.3 m). Operators can hydraulically lower or raise the conveyor to adjust drop heights and make maintenance easier.

The TC-20 is highly portable, with 20-in. (51 cm) track pads for easy maneuverability around a job site or onto a trailer for transportation to other locations. The unit comes standard with a wireless remote control for full plant operation, with two tracking speeds as standard.

To reduce cleaning and for dust control, the TC-20 features a standard dust-suppression system. Catwalks provide convenient access to crucial maintenance and cleaning points.
