Ironhide Equipment, a Bobcat dealership, formally broke ground on a new customer service center the week of June 3, in Grand Forks, S.D.

The new Ironhide center, which is much larger than the current Grand Forks facility, will allow the organization to improve workflow and serve more machines so as to improve on the high level of service Ironhide is already known for, according to the company.

JLG Architects designed the spaces around the utilitarian Ironhide brand. Customers will enter a large glass vestibule, which will serve as an extension of the showroom and carry daylight throughout the spaces. An orange branding wall will cut through the building, providing separation from the sales floor and the enterprise suite. The interior side of the wall will display smaller tools and accessories. Outside, the large crushed concrete equipment yard will include both new and used equipment, as well as rentals.
