Jeff Martin Auctioneers Inc.'s second venture to the Midwest proved to be a great success.

The Agency, Iowa, public auction was held for several consignors, including local contractors liquidating inventory on Oct. 18. More than 250 buyers participated in live and online bidding, some from as far as the United Kingdom, Portugal, Wyoming and California.

Highlights from the auction included a 2016 John Deere 35G mini-excavator, a 2004 Caterpillar D5GXL crawler tractor, a 2006 JCB JZ140 hydraulic excavator and a 2011 Caterpillar 279C multi-terrain loader.

Jeff Martin Auctioneers' next two-day auction in Brooklyn, Miss., will be the Fall Public Auction held Nov. 10 and 11. Live and online bidding will be offered both days. This auction will feature construction equipment, heavy trucks, farm equipment, attachments, vehicles and related items.
