Ralph Moon (L) and Ernest Thomas, dealer representatives of Mid South Machinery, based in Jackson, Miss., were monitoring the auction pricing of the machines.

The two-day Early Spring public auction at the Jeff Martin Auctioneers' Brooklyn, Miss., facility featured 1,458 lots including a great line-up of construction equipment, trucks, trailers, attachments, lifts, farm equipment, automobiles and much more. This equipment was consigned from 203 sellers from 13 different states. A picture perfect day in southern Mississippi for the sale brought out a huge crowd of registered bidders and guests.

A total of 1,700 bidders came out from more than 27 states and three foreign countries to participate in the live auction, and 1,100 bidders participated online. Thirty percent of sales were to online bidders outside of Mississippi.
