JESCO Mourns Passing of Long-Time Employee John Corey

John William Corey III of Southampton, NJ, passed away Dec. 22 at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mt. Holly, NJ. He was 55.

For 18 years, Corey was employed by JESCO Inc., the John Deere dealer for New Jersey, as the sales representative for Burlington and Ocean Counties. He also was part of the John Deere family for 17 years prior to joining JESCO.

Since 1983, Corey was the only JESCO sales representative in Burlington and Ocean Counties, developing lasting relationships with his customers. Corey also was JESCO’s top sales representative for the length of his career.

“John was all things to many people,” said long-time friend Dick Emery, field sales manager at JESCO’s Mt. Holly, NJ, facility. “He was a guardian angel to many of his customers, and he was truly respected by them. He had a big heart and we miss him tremendously.”

Surviving are his wife Nicole; two daughters, Loretta Brown and Christiane Lynch; a son, Derek; five grandchildren and his mother, Harriet Corey.

Funeral services were held at the Perinchief Chapels in Mt. Holly, NJ. Contributions in his memory can be made to the Burlington County Farm Fair, c/o William Spicer, 4 Berkshire Court, Mt. Holly, NJ 08060.
