Construction Equipment Guide

Landoll Corporation has introduced a new trailer that improves aggregate material handling efficiency.

The Department of Transportation road-ready model 124 trailer serves as a ramp and is equipped with a material hopper that funnels materials onto conveyor systems that move aggregate material on construction job sites.

Designed primarily for the Putzmeister Telebelt system, dump trucks and some end-dump trailers are able to back onto the ramp and dump material directly onto the Telebelt system.

Setup time is handled easily as the Landoll 124 is fully operated by air requiring no hydraulics. The telescoping hopper extends 30 in. (76 cm) and tilts to a maximum height of 60 in. (152 cm) making conveyor setup safe and quick. The single axle 124 has a 102-in. by 33 ft.-5 in. (259 by 10.2 cm) deck with a gross vehicle weight of 11,400 lbs. (5,171 kg).

The trailer features spring assist aluminum approach ramps, with trailer length of 33 ft. 5 in. (10.2 m) ramp up and 35 ft. 1 in. (10.7 m) ramp down. It is available in withe, black, blue and red.
