KPI-JCI, Kolberg Pioneer Inc.’s 2148-50LP low pro truck unloader reduces set-up time compared to conventional truck unloading systems, according to the manufacturer. The low 3 ft. (.9 m) profile of the 48 in. (122 cm) low pro delivers convenience, efficiency, ease-of-use and environmentally friendly characteristics.

“The drive over truck unloader provides an efficient solution for unloading material where you need it,” said Jodi Heirigs, product manager at Kolberg-Pioneer Inc. “The low profile means you’ll reduce set-up time by building smaller earthen ramps, cutting your labor needs and fuel costs, while also maintaining your material quality by eliminating the need to rehandle your material with dozers and loaders.”

Featuring a 48 in. belt, the LowPro can unload 1,000 tph (907 t). Its self-cleaning hyralic pivoting side walls make for easy clean-up between dumps. This is ideal for asphalt producers and road builders where keeping aggregate moving and in spec is essential, according to the manufacturer.
