MBW Rolls Over Variety of Soils

Construction Equipment Guide

MBW has developed a high performance, low cost, vibratory compactor that attaches directly to any skid steer loader.

The ATS/ATP 60 vibratory roller allows the operator to utilize the loader’s full capabilities. The roller is available in smooth or padded drum configurations to provide high-density compaction on a full range of soil types.

The MBW ATS/ATP 60 comes standard with a knockdown blade. The MSW blade is integral to the roller frame with the height easily adjusted by the skid steer loader controls. With a centrifugal force of 34,138 N (7,675 ft./lbs.) the ATS/ATP 60 gives enhanced productivity and versatility.

The MBW ATS/ATP 60 features two centrally balanced lifting hooks that allow for easy placement of the roller on the skid steer. Maintenance is limited to exciter oil change (every 1,000 hours), and a V-belt check. The roller is easily attached using skid steer loader adapters and hydraulic couplings. Two hydraulic hose connections are quick and convenient for the operator. A compensating value block maintains proper flow, controls flow direction and protects from pressure overload.

A state-of-the-art shockmount system has been added to isolate vibration away from loader.
