Allmand Bros. Inc. appointed Brad Allmand to the position of vice president market development and Matt Allmand to vice president operations. These appointments signal the latest step toward third generation leadership of the company.

In the position of vice president market development, Brad Allmand is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts and furthering international marketing efforts. Joining the company in 1985, Brad has served Allmand Bros. in several roles over the years including regional sales manager, marketing manager and, most recently, key account manager.

With the position of vice president operations, Matt Allmand is responsible for human resources, outside sales and all operations activities. Prior to this promotion, Matt held the position of operations support manager since 2005. Outside of Allmand Bros., Matt worked with the Oshkosh Truck Corporation at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Dodge Center, Minn., as a buyer from 2002 to 2003 and senior business manager from 2004 to 2005.

“In their time at Allmand Bros., Brad and Matt have exemplified the values and ideals that have defined the company for the past 70 years,” said Roger Allmand, CEO of Allmand Bros. “But beyond their experience and commitment to the company culture, Brad and Matt bring new talents and fresh enthusiasm to the company’s leadership. Though we have enjoyed a strong past, this third generation of Allmand leadership will help ensure even greater successes in the future.”
