Those who attended included Congressman Tom Emmer, Representative Lisa Demuth and a representative from Sen. Amy Klobuchar. Eric Sundby of the Minnesota State Patrol put on a presentation focused on trailering laws in the state, along with requirements of commercial drivers pulling trailers on Minnesota roads. Kendra Ainsley, the executive director of the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers also made an appearance to talk about the commitment the trailer industry has to safety across the country.

Midsota also presented some trailer maintenance tips and guidelines for crews and businesses to maintain their own equipment to ensure safe trailering. Anyone who pulls a trailer was invited to attend, including local businesses, landscapers, contractors, farmers and drivers.
