Monroe Tractor Announces Appointments

Monroe Tractor of Henrietta, NY, has announced several appointments to its management staff.

Dan Davis has been named Monroe Tractor’s district manager for St. Lawrence, Jefferson and Lewis counties.

Monroe Tractor is a regional construction equipment distributor servicing contractors, private industry and municipalities. Monroe Tractor has branches located at 17863 Goodnough St., Adams Center and 7300 Eastman Rd., North Syracuse.

Davis has more than 13 years of sales and construction experience in the New York market.

Pete Kinch has been named Monroe Tractor’s district manager for Madison, Oneida, Herkimer and Eastern Onondaga counties.

Kinch has 15 plus years experience in the Central New York construction industry. While new to Monroe Tractor, Kinch has had a successful history of servicing the construction industry in his current territory.

Paul Skufca has been named Monroe Tractor’s district manager for Oswego, Cayuga, Cortland and Western Onondaga counties.

Skufca has 30 plus years experience in the Central New York construction equipment industry, with more than four years at Monroe Tractor. Most recently, Skufca served as Monroe Tractor’s district manager in Oswego, Cayuga, Cortland and St. Lawrence counties.

Davis, Kinch and Skufca will specialize in the sales, service, parts and rental needs of their New York customers.

Michael Zink, general manager for Monroe Tractor’s construction equipment division, has appointed Tom Colone as general manager for Monroe’s Syracuse branch office. Colone will oversee the whole goods, rental, parts and service departments at the North Syracuse branch.

He joins Monroe Tractor with nine years experience as branch and operations project manager in the specialty contracting industry.

Monroe Tractor has appointed Mike Barletta service manager for its North Syracuse branch.

Barletta joins Monroe Tractor’s North Syracuse branch with more than 15 years experience in the service industry. He attended Case Corporation’s service management training in Nashville, TN, earlier this year.

Barletta will be responsible for delegating work schedules to his mechanics at the North Syracuse branch and staying in touch with customers on their equipment repair.
