CEG

Monroe Tractor celebrated its grand opening on April 13, 2019, with rodeo competitions, raffles and prizes.

The new 12,500 sq.-ft. facility, located at 6 Sandra Drive, South Windsor, Conn., features eight service bays, a full parts department, and a two-acre lot for equipment storage. This is Monroe Tractor's 13th location in the Northeast and third in New England. The other two New England stores are located in Woburn and Worcester, Mass. The South Windsor location serves all of Connecticut, as well as Western Massachusetts.

In addition to the full line of Case Construction Equipment, Monroe Tractor is pleased to represent many other quality manufacturers, such as Screen Machine Industries, Okada Demolition Products, Diamond Mowers, Trombia Sweepers, Leica Machine Control Systems, and many others. The company also has an extensive fleet of late-model machines for rental.

Guests of the grand opening enjoyed games, raffles, operator's challenges, and much more. The Case CX80C Midi excavator was used in one challenge to precisely stack four cinder blocks. At another station, operators used a Case 580SN backhoe to pick up various sized balls and drop them into a bucket with the winner taking home a Case 4 burner gas grill.

The Bears BBQ food truck was there to provide delicious bbq for all to enjoy.

Attendees also were invited to walk the yard and take a look at the fully stocked inventory. A variety of Case equipment including compact track loaders, compact and large excavators, backhoes, dozers, rollers, and much more were available on site. Approximately 20 Monroe Tractor team members, as well as representatives from many manufacturers were onsite to answer questions throughout the day. CEG
