More than 1,700 bidders participated online and in person at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers’s multi-million dollar unreserved public equipment auction in Atlanta, Ga., on Dec.1.

Bidders came from 48 countries, including all 50 states. Approximately 75 percent of the equipment was sold to out-of-state buyers, from as far away as Egypt, Korea and the United Kingdom. Online bidders purchased approximately 48 percent of the equipment sold (by dollar value).
