The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) will hold its 62nd Annual Meeting and Education Conference (AMEC), Aug. 16-19, in Anaheim, Calif. at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. The NAWIC conference is made possible in large part to the generous support of the association's sponsors. The major AMEC sponsor this year is UPS.

"Having high-quality sponsors participate in our Annual Meeting is an honor for our members and benefit to their employers. This is an affirmation of the relevance of NAWIC and its core purpose," said NAWIC President Connie M. Leipard, CIT. "Sponsoring companies believe in and promote diversity within the industry. They recognize that supporting the advancement of women in construction is a smart business decision. NAWIC, along with our partners, continues to promote opportunities for women in the construction industry."
