New Holland Wheel Loaders Deliver Power, Reliability

Construction Equipment Guide

New Holland wheel loaders keep the operator ahead of schedule with reliable power.

Seven models range from 110 net hp on the W110 to 200 net hp on the W190, with operating weights from 22,915 to 37,037 lbs.

The Z-bar linkage loader arms deliver strong breakout force, big lifting capacity and quick cycle times. The return-to-dig and return-to-travel features save time and effort.

Heavy-duty outboard planetary reduction final drives develop torque at the wheel instead of along the axle to reduce axle shaft stress.

Maintenance-free outboard wet disc brakes on all four wheels stand up to hour after hour of stop-and-go operation. Standard limited slip axles automatically sense tire spin and transfer power from the slipping wheel to the wheels with the best traction.

The operator can keep working productively instead of getting stuck, and the reduced tire spinning extends tire life.

Efficient Hydraulics

A closed-center, load-sensing, pressure-compensating hydraulic system uses dual Rexroth variable-displacement, axial piston pumps to provide flow and pressure on demand for loader functions.

The system matches hydraulic output to exact load requirements for maximum efficiency. A steering priority valve ensures that flow to the steering is never compromised.

The load travel stabilizer (LTS) absorbs shocks and smooths out the ride, allowing the operator to travel faster and keep more material in the bucket while working on rough terrain.

Easy-load Buckets

With New Holland easy-load buckets, the operator can move mountains of material fast.

Knife-edge cutting edges penetrate easily into the pile, while the high hinge pin position provides better crowding action.

The curved bucket floor allows for fast, easy filling. Skid plates on the bucket underside are tapered for less drag on the ground.

Advanced Cooling System

The cooling system design places the radiator, coolers and condensers on different sides of the central hydraulic reservoir instead of stacked one in front of the other.

A hydraulically-driven fan with purge feature is located on one end and operates independently of engine speed.

This design prevents debris build-up and ensures an ample flow of clean, cool air to all cooling components.

Best-in-Class Cab

New Holland wheel loaders provide spacious, comfortable cab design.

With approximately 50 sq. ft. of seamless glass and no corner posts to obstruct visibility, the operator has an good view of the bucket and the job site. Performance is enhanced with a standard joystick control with a forward/reverse switch in the handle.
