New Millennium Rentals has moved into its new 12,000 sq.-ft. facility, located at 4 Industrial Drive in Florida, N.Y. On a five-acre parcel just 5 mi. off Route 17, 10 mi. from both I-84 and the New York State Thruway (I-87), and only 55 mi. north of New York City, this new facility is well situated to provide easy access for excavator and attachment rental service and transportation to the entire Eastern corridor.

Menner founded New Millennium Rentals in 1999. This division was formed to assist excavating contractors with the dispersal of excess equipment primarily excavators and wheel loaders no longer needed. This has proven to be a much more cost effective option versus traditional auctions for the contractors, according to New Millennium. This division then remarkets these assets through its large customer base across North America and Canada, with the addition of a specialized attachments steel shears, gen-set/magnet or grapples.
