The Toro Company has officially been awarded a national contract by The National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) for compact construction and maintenance equipment. The contract was approved on May 19, 2015, and the award is classified under contract number #042815-TTC with NJPA.

“We are very pleased to have been selected by NJPA and excited about the additional opportunities through this new partnership,” said Rick Rodier, general manager of Toro’s Siteworks Business.

“Extending our offering of top-quality Toro equipment to the more than 50,000 members of NJPA means that municipalities, educational entities and non-profit organizations across the country will now have access to an extremely diverse lineup of construction equipment.”

NJPA serves the governmental, educational and non-profit sectors, with prospective suppliers going through a rigorous application and selection process to ensure that NJPA continues to connect their members with premium providers. The contract covers the entire line of Toro construction equipment, including compact utility loaders, horizontal directional drills, compaction equipment, trenchers, concrete and masonry equipment, and much more.

“The Toro contract represents and demonstrates the exceptional quality and performance that our members have come to expect from NJPA contracts,” said Tony Glenz, NJPA contract manager.
