Paladin Attachments & Pengo Attachments Join Stanley Infrastructure

On March 8th, 2019, Paladin Attachments and Pengo Attachments, divisions of International Equipment Solutions (IES) officially joined Stanley Infrastructure, a division of Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. Stanley Infrastructure is a global manufacturer of handheld hydraulic tools and attachments, and the addition of the Paladin and Pengo businesses complements the company's Infrastructure product portfolio with high-performing, high-quality attachment tools. The Stanley Infrastructure division includes brands such as Stanley, LaBounty and Dubuis. Joining these brands with Paladin and Pengo will present customers with more solutions and choices than ever before, and will create new opportunities for innovation while building on a legacy of performance that is shared across each brand's history.
