Houston no longer has a problem when it relates to reducing downtime as PIRTEK has recently opened a new Hose Service Center in Jersey Village, Texas. Conveniently located just off I-290, customers will have easy access to the new Hose Service Center where custom built high pressure hoses can be made over-the-counter while they wait.

Carrying a wide range of inventory which includes 3,600, 5,000 and 6,000 psi hydraulic hoses, quick disconnect couplings, adapters, hose clamps, pressure wash hoses, nozzles and wands, pressure gauges and 50 ft. (15 m) utility hoses, will make PIRTEK Jersey Village a one stop shop for many local companies.

The Hose Service Center also will act as a home base for three on site hose workshops that are available 24/7. Just one call to PIRTEK Jersey Village will get a fully trained hose service technician on their way to a job site within one hour. Each on site hose workshop is fully equipped and stocked to manufacture hose assemblies on the spot.

Jim Phillips, the franchise owner of this new PIRTEK Hose Service Center, plans to use his years of experience owning a number of Snap On routes to good use.

"Having personally dealt with many companies who have already embraced the concept of having a vehicle coming onto their job site or their facility indicates they already understand the value of not having to continually run down the road to find parts," said Phillips.

"The cost of downtime is huge and it not only relates to one piece of equipment, it can involve a crew of construction workers relying on a backhoe or a manufacturing facility stopping a whole production line because one small hose failed."

PIRTEK Jersey Village opened its doors for business on May 27 and has already received multiple calls from customers who needed a fast response to get their equipment back up and running with one simple phone call.
