Power Equipment Company’s new Nashville facility is expected to be completed in the fall of 2019.
Power Equipment Company officially broke ground on its newest facility in September. The 58,000-sq.-ft. facility will serve the Nashville area.
The new facility’s location, more easily accessible from I-24, will allow better accommodations for customers and equipment haulers.

Power Equipment officially broke ground in September on its newest facility serving the Nashville, Tenn., market. The new 58,000-sq.-ft. facility at 320 Waldron Road, LaVergne, Tenn., will replace the current Nashville location at 1290 Bridgestone Parkway, LaVergne. The new branch adds an additional 28,000 sq. ft. to the current operations and will include 20 service bays capable of handling the largest production equipment used by Power's customers today.

"We are really excited to be expanding our facilities and capabilities in Nashville, such a vibrant and growing city," said Chris Gaylor, president of Power Equipment. "We have been providing equipment and service in this area for over 70 years and this new branch will allow us to continue to offer our customers the highest level of sales and service Power Equipment is known for."

In addition to more and larger service bays, the new branch will include a training facility, a significantly larger parts warehouse, GPS calibration and repair facilities, a new hammer pit for improved safety and increased rebuild ability, and a dedicated equipment demonstration area.

The location of the branch, which is more easily accessible from I-24, will allow for better accommodations for customers and equipment haulers including covered loading and unloading areas.

"Our new facility will allow us to provide better service and accessibility for both our customers and our vendor partners. We want to ensure that we are in a position to best serve this growing market in and around Nashville and this branch is a necessary step to accomplish this," said Mike Paradis, CEO of Bramco Inc.

Power Equipment expects the new branch to be completed in the fall of 2019.
